Consumption and Possession

§ 50-1. Prohibited activity.
No Person shall consume any beer, wine, malt or alcoholic beverages, nor have in his possession any open containers thereof, upon any public way, sidewalk or town owned land.

§ 50-2. Winter seasonal alcoholic beverages licenses authorized.
The town authorizes the Selectmen to issue winter seasonal alcoholic beverage licenses (i.e., December 1 to April 1 of the following year), as provided under MGL C. 138, § 17.
